Do you offer branded packaging?

Yes. Branded boxes, tissue paper and ribbon are available as add-ons for corporate gifting orders. Please mention it when requesting your quote.

What are your shipping costs?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Local Pretoria collection is also available at no charge.

Can I see a sample before committing to a bulk order?

Yes. For orders of 50 units or more we can produce a single sample for your approval before full production begins.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For online shop products there is no minimum. Single items are welcome. For corporate bulk orders the minimum is typically 10 units.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept AI, PDF, SVG, PNG and JPG. Vector files give the best engraving results. For raster images please supply at 300dpi or higher.

Do you provide design proofs before production?

Yes. All custom and corporate orders receive a visual proof for approval before production begins.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on quantity and material. Small orders typically take a few working days. Larger or bulk projects are quoted with clear timelines upfront.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Pricing is structured based on quantity, material and complexity. Larger production runs receive adjusted pricing.

Can I order a single personalised item online?

Yes. Our Shop Online section allows individual purchases with customisation options before checkout.
