Partner Terms & Conditions

All partnership applications are subject to approval. Essency Engraving may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

• Partner: An individual or business entity approved by Essency Engraving to participate in the partnership programme.
• Client: A customer referred by a Partner or purchasing through a Partner arrangement.
• Qualified Lead: A prospective customer introduced by a Partner who meets Essency Engraving's criteria for a valid referral.
• Completed Order: An order that has been delivered or fulfilled and for which payment has been received in full by Essency Engraving.

Commission is only payable on completed and fully paid orders.

Commission is not payable on cancelled orders, refunds, non-payment, internal or self-referrals, or disputed leads.

Commission is paid monthly in arrears after payment clears.

Trade pricing is confidential. Partners may not publicly advertise trade pricing.

Discount tiers may be adjusted with notice.

White-label partners may not disclose Essency Engraving as the manufacturer unless agreed in writing.

White-label production follows the same lead times and approval process.

A lead is only recognised if:

• the partner introduced the client, and
• the partner notified Essency Engraving before or at the time of quotation.

Any disputes are resolved at Essency Engraving's discretion.

Partners may not:

• misrepresent pricing
• guarantee timelines without written confirmation
• offer unauthorised discounts
• misuse brand assets

Breach may result in termination.

Commission is paid only after the client payment is received and cleared. Late or non-payment voids commission.

Partners must treat client information, pricing, and production processes as confidential.

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. Valid earned commission on completed orders will be honoured.

Essency Engraving may update these terms with notice.
